    So Glad I Bought This Book!

    So far I made ricotta and then used the leftover whey to make delicious sourdough tortillas. Anne-Marie gives great advice so nothing in your kitchen will go to waste! And the information about how to get away from so much plastic is also the best. Thanks for such a wonderful book!
