2 jiggers (3 oz.) vodka or gin
2 teaspoons (10 ml) fermented brine from Perfect Pickles
1 slice Perfect Pickles as garnish
Cocktail shaker
Martini glass
Pour spirit of choice into the shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake or stir 20 times.
Strained into a chilled martini class. Garnish with slice of Perfect Pickles.
