A perfect libation for hot weather that is made without processed sugar, AND embellished with probiotics!
Ingredients
- 2 – 3 lemons (about 1/3 cup), juiced
- 3 Tablespoons raw honey
- 3 cups filtered water
- 3 – 4 Tablespoons fermented pickle brine

(Use fermented brine from your Perfect Pickles)
- Ice cubes
Garnishings
- Lemon slices
- Pickle slices
Directions
- Press the juice from the fresh lemons. Strain out the seeds and pulp.
- Dissolve the honey in water, then mix in the lemon juice.
- Add in the pickle brine, and mix well.
- Taste your concoction, and adjust the flavor with more pickle brine or a bit more honey as desired.
- Place ice cubes into four glasses, and pour your thirst quenching, probiotic-rich lemonade into the glasses.
- Garnish with slices of lemon and pickles.
