- 2 Yukon potatoes (approx. 10 oz. total weight), boiled and peeled, and chopped into small chunks
- 3–4 Perfect Pickles, chopped
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) cooked green peas
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh dill
- Celtic Sea Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
YIELDS: 3–4 servings
1. Simply mix all the ingredients together, and adjust seasoning as needed. Adding in chopped apples is a nice touch.
