2 Yukon potatoes (approx. 10 oz. total weight), boiled and peeled, and chopped into small chunks
3–4 Perfect Pickles, chopped
1/3 cup (80 ml) cooked green peas
1/3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (59 ml) chopped fresh dill
Celtic Sea Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
Simply mix all the ingredients together, and adjust seasoning as needed. Adding in chopped apples is a nice touch.
